Film Analysis 'Spheres of action' Mr Thomas

Shrek Lord Farquaad -In Shrek the antagonist is Lord Farquaad who also is the dispatcher as he sends Shrek on a quest to save the princess. Lord Farquaad is the antagonist as he wants the princess for himself even though he realises that Shrek falls in love with her, However, he still goes and does what he likes and puts Shrek down. Furthermore, he also bullies the gingerbread-man as he asks him questions, so that clearly shows that he is a villain. Shrek-  In Shrek, the protagonist is Shrek as he is the one that gets sent on a quest to save the princess. Shrek is an ogar who falls in love with the princess, however, because he is an ogar he thinks the princess dislikes him, little does he know she falls in love with him as well. Shrek saves the day by not letting Lord Farquaad get married to the princess. As Lord Farquaad dies Shrek and his loved princess get married together. 'Neale Genre Theory' Mr Thomas

In the clip from the Magnificant 7, the dual was different than what audience is expecting, Neale Theory can be portrayed in that scene very well as it shows differences and repetition. Straight away we see someone from different ethnicity rather than normal typical cowboy, which can surprise the audience as they could be expecting to see a dressed up cowboy ready for any battle, Some audiences could have been disappointed and some could have been surprised at the action that Fuqua has taken to illustrate that we can all be cowboys. Furthermore, we also get shown a duel between the two cowboys, which we expect to be with guns, well there was a turning point which could have surprised the audience quite a lot, In the duel, we see one guy holding the gun ready to shoot, However, on the other side we see the other cowboy dropped his guns and had nothing to shoot with, which currently surprised the audience, this scene could also add Barters Theory and add enigmas of wha...

What is Genre?  Genre is different type of movies that have different type of features. Sometimes Genres launch hybrid movies such RomCom which would target more audience because it wont just target one type of audience it would target another type. This is a good key as the movie company will make lot of profit if the hybrid movie turns out to be good. What is it meant by the terms statistic and evolve? The term statistic means the movie keeping its features and not changing, whereas evolve it means the movie is changing and getting more feature which could attract more audience and make more profit for the company.

Dare Devil Episode 1 Season 1 As the episode starts we straight away apply some enigmas into our mind, such as is the kid going to be alright? are the people on the street going to live? The use of this technique at the starts allow the viewers to get into the episode as they would like to find out what will happen. Furthermore,  we see another enigma being raised of what happens to the kids' father, by the look of his facial expression it can suggest that his father may be still alive as he is smiling.However, then suddenly his facial expression drops into sadness which can connote something has happened to his father. The use of close can also express the emotions the character is going through. Moreover, then it suddenly cuts to shot of an evil guy laughing at some woman, which can emphasise that he might do something to them.Which can raise another enigma of what awaits that poor woman? Advert 1 Estate advert The advert starts with an establishing shot of the Estate which gets the viewer to establish where the locations/setting is the location portrays that the advert is for an urban audience. More specifically people who aren't rich, meaning that ordinary people should attend to McDonald's as well. Moreover, as soon as the establishing shot finishes a long shot appears portraying the youths and younger generation listening to music that is fast paste and more energetic. Additionally, a close-up shot of one of the faces of the youths is portrayed to show their facial expression which demonstrates Maslow love and belonging need, as they are all friends and having fun together by listening to music and having a laugh.Moreover, then it cuts to a medium shot, where we see an elderly man walking and staring at the youths.
